In order to enable organizational growth, managers and high performing individuals need to become stronger leaders. However, progressing from an individual contributor to a leader of others can often be challenging. For this reason, Dirigo offers two learning tracks specifically designed for the professional development of your evolving staff:
- Emerging Leaders Programs for early leaders and those with leadership potential
- Executive Leaders Programs for those moving towards the C-Suite or on a partner track
Our programs are time-based learning, facilitated monthly, with sessions aimed at improving the leadership and soft skills of the select candidates who participate. Monthly sessions are led by Dirigo partners with years of hands-on experience growing successful businesses. Each month focuses on a unique aspect of leadership growth, combining theory, discussion, and hands-on activities. And our 12-month programs can be customized to the needs of each organization, from monthly content to duration, onsite or virtual delivery, leadership assessments, and 1-to-1 coaching.
