A Rigorous, Research-Backed Leadership Experience Designed for High-Stakes Communication

Warwick, RI — February 17, 2026 — Research continues to highlight a critical gap in leadership effectiveness: while nearly 80% of leaders believe they communicate clearly and effectively, fewer than half of employees agree. This disconnect—between intent and impact—has become one of the most significant barriers to alignment, trust, and execution inside modern organizations.

In response, Dirigo Leadership Consulting today announced the launch of Leadership That Moves: Message to Movement, a high-impact leadership experience designed to help leaders communicate with clarity, credibility, and conviction when the stakes are highest.

As organizations face accelerating change, economic uncertainty, industry disruption, technology transformation, and increasing pressure on leadership credibility, the challenge is no longer simply what leaders decide, but how they communicate those decisions in ways that move people into aligned action.

Unlike traditional public-speaking or presentation programs, Leadership That Moves is not about polishing a keynote or delivering a TED Talk. It is built for leaders who must communicate under pressure—when certainty is unavailable, emotions are charged, and trust must be earned in real time.

This program is not designed for leaders seeking presentation polish or performance coaching. It is for those willing to confront how their leadership truly lands, and to do the work required to change it.

“This is not a public-speaking program that teaches you how to deliver a TED Talk,” said Tim Hebert, Founder and CEO of Dirigo. “This teaches leaders how to communicate in some of the most difficult circumstances, and how to move those around them when it matters most.”

Participants leave the program with more than insight; they leave with tested clarity. Leaders pressure-test their own messages, practice leading conversations in ambiguity, and develop a repeatable framework for turning communication into movement, ready for immediate application inside their organizations.

Leadership That Moves is also not for the faint of heart.

The program is intentionally rigorous. Attendees are challenged and pushed well outside their comfort zones—into the space where true leadership transformation takes place. This is immersive, demanding work designed to surface how leaders show up when conditions are unstable, and the path forward is unclear.

That rigor is grounded in real-world leadership experience.

“For more than 20 years, I worked with Tim through transformation, disruption, recession, and crisis,” said Marianne Caserta, CFO of The RISE Group. “He brought clarity and alignment when everything felt unstable. His leadership moved people forward. This program reflects leadership under real pressure.”

To preserve depth, trust, and meaningful engagement, Leadership That Moves is intentionally designed as a small, intimate cohort experience. Enrollment is limited to allow for direct interaction, personalized challenge, and real-time application. As a result, the program is expected to fill quickly.

Facilitated by Dirigo Founder and CEO Tim Hebert, The inaugural Leadership That Moves: Message to Movement cohort will take place April 28 at 8:30 a.m. through April 30 at 5:00 p.m. (EDT) and will be held at The Dirigo Center.
